Welcome you to the Red Lion, a village pub situated in the centre of the small picturesque East Staffordshire village of Newborough, near Burton-On-Trent.
The Red Lion is family run pub offering great food and drink in a friendly atmosphere.
There are two bars, the lounge bar that leads into the restaurant and the main bar. Outside there is plenty of parking and a beer garden where food and drink can be enjoyed during the summer.
In the Restaurant we offer a modern British Menu of freshly cooked locally sourced produce including seasonal specials such as game, pheasant, duck and partridge.
With great beer, including regular guest ales, a comprehensive wine list and, in addition to the restaurant, informal meals and snacks available from the bar, the Red Lion is an ideal place to visit for that much needed drink after work or for that special occasion for you, your family and friends.
We welcome block bookings for the restaurant, and can provide exclusive use of the lounge bar and restaurant.
